How does pre-order pricing work?
Your $99 deposit today locks in your place in line and early access price of $1,399. The remaining balance will be charged before your unit ships, and you'll be notified in advance so there are no surprises. If you change your mind at any point before shipping, your $99 is fully refundable, no questions asked.
What's included with my pre-order?
Your $99 deposit locks in your Early Bird price of $1,399, a $200 savings off the $1,599 retail price, gives you 3 free months of Club Strikeco ($60 value), and reserves your place in the first production run. Your Strikeco ships complete and ready to play. Just add your racquet.
What is Club Strikeco?
Club Strikeco is our monthly subscription that unlocks expanded features, exclusive game modes, and new experiences including online multiplayer. Early Bird reservation holders get their first 3 months free when it launches.
How much space do I need?
If you have enough room to swing a racquet, you have enough room for Strikeco. A standard living room, garage, or basement works perfectly.
Do I need my own racquet and balls?
Just your racquet. Strikeco comes with a ball already attached to the device — you just grab your racquet and play. No extra equipment needed.
Will this actually improve my game?
Yes. In our case study, 20 players completed 10 sessions over 4 weeks. Rally length increased by 266% and 100% of participants reported overall improvement in their game. The AI coaching system tracks every shot and gives you real feedback — so every session has a purpose.
When will my unit ship?
We are currently in pre-order mode with limited first-run units available. Early reservations will be first in line and shipping in Q4 of 2026. Shipping details will be confirmed closer to launch and you'll be the first to know.
What's the refund policy?
Your $99 deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked, until your unit ships. If you change your mind for any reason, just let us know and we'll take care of it.
What does Strikeco need to connect?
Strikeco connects to your TV via HDMI and requires a WiFi connection. No complicated installation, no technician needed. You'll be set up and playing in under 2 minutes.
Is financing available?
We are working on financing options and will have more details available at launch. If this is important to you, reach out and we'll try to make sure you're taken care of.
