Refund policy

You may cancel your Reservation at any time and receive a full refund of your $99.00 USD Reservation Fee by contacting support@strikeco.io. Reservations are personal and may not be resold or transferred without our prior written consent.

If you complete your Device purchase and we are unable to ship by the estimated shipping date provided to you, we will notify you of a revised date. Delays of thirty (30) days or less will proceed automatically unless you request cancellation. Delays of more than thirty (30) days, or where no revised date can be provided, require your affirmative consent to continue; otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid - including your Reservation Fee, refunded to your original payment method - within seven (7) business days.

Your Club Strikeco subscription includes a complimentary three (3) month free trial beginning at Device activation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Strikeco account portal or by contacting support@strikeco.io; you will receive immediate confirmation of cancellation.
