• Phone number - optional, not required to complete a reservation. If you provide your phone number, we may use it to send transactional text messages such as order updates and shipping notifications. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Phone numbers are retained until you request deletion or opt out, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Communications - any messages or other content you send to us directly.

In such cases we will retain only the minimum information necessary for those purposes.
• Right to Correct - you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right of Portability - you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and, in certain circumstances, request that we transfer it to a third party.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you navigate our Site, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and interactions via cookies, pixels, web beacons, and embedded scripts. This information includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, and clickstream data reflecting how you interact with the Site. We use these technologies to analyze site performance, support security and fraud prevention, and deliver targeted advertising and retargeting campaigns across third-party ad networks.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you may be able to control the way in which your devices permit the use of cookies. If you so choose, you may block or delete certain of our cookies from your browser; however, blocking or deleting cookies may cause some of the Site, including portal features and general functionality, to work incorrectly. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. When you first visit the Site, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner where you can manage your preferences.
Your browser settings may also allow you to transmit a "Do Not Track" signal when you visit various websites. Like many websites, our website is not designed to respond to "Do Not Track" signals received from browsers. To learn more about "Do Not Track" signals, you can visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com/. Where required by applicable law, we will honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
Feedback and User Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or survey responses you voluntarily provide are governed exclusively by Section 21 of our Website Terms of Service, which constitutes a legally binding grant of intellectual property rights. Please review Section 21 of the Website Terms of Service at www.strikeco.io/terms for the full terms applicable to your submissions.

By using the Site and voluntarily providing your information, you acknowledge this transfer. If you have questions about your rights under your local laws, please contact your local data protection authority.
